Bespoke & Custom Work FAQ
How long do bespoke pieces take?
Bespoke pieces can take about 8-12 weeks for a completely bespoke piece.
Sometimes this may be done quicker depending on the design of the piece, the processes involved and if gemstone sourcing is required.
For customisations to existing styles, the turn around time is usually around 4 weeks.
What processes do you use?
This will depend on the individual piece that you want but I generally work in lost wax casting.
Other times hand fabrication or CAD (Computer Aided Design) will be used. Depending on the design, CAD can be a lot more cost effective
How much do bespoke pieces cost?
This really is "how long is a piece of string" situation. I will try and accommodate your budget but it is very important to let me know what it is at the beginning.
Many options are available for different budgets. However, it will influence various factors such as the gemstone and metal types.
When is payment required?
After the initial consultation, 50% is required before any physical work begins on the piece. The balance is payable upon completion.
